#CoheedProblems
I’m working at a summer camp in BF-North Carolina. Sadly, no internet for me. I’ll be back full force in August, or whenever school starts back up. So, leave yourself intact. ‘Cause I will be coming back.
Claudio decided to make a run for the balcony during the Welcome Home solos. If you look close enough you can see one of our fearless Heedtrippers, Jess Killganon ( http://jesskilgannon.tumblr.com/ ) rocking out to Cluadio’s left.
By now we’ve all certainly seen Coheed cover Somebody That I used to know. But here’s something that you might not have seen. At the Bijou Theatre in Knoxville on 5/12/12, the beautiful and talented Chondra Sanchez took the stage with the band to sing Kendra’s part. I was so close I could have reached out and grabbed her leg. But I didn’t.
Zac Super Duper Cooper on the bass!
Seriously, you guys, Zac is quite honestly super duper. He is just what the band needs. He’s friendly and humble, talented and charismatic, stable. He’s a family man who’s married with a five-month-old daughter. He comes from the same scene and has a similar musical background. What more could Coheed ask for? I sincerely hope you all get a chance to see him in action soon, because it already feels to me like he’s been there since the beginning.
Claudio laughs at crowd reactions in Charlottesville, VA 4/29/12
At the Charlottesville show, Claud decided that it was time for a story. He told us that “Faint of Hearts” was about phone sex. (Really.) “Now whenever I have to sing it, I’m like, ‘Aw, that’s gross!’”
The crowd sang “I’ll touch it if you ask me to, but how is up to you”. Judging by his reaction, there was a fair number of revolted facial expressions alongside the laughter.
